These terms define the operating rules for EuroScout Pro. They are a comprehensive template, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel in your jurisdiction before you rely on them in production — bracketed items still need your actual business and jurisdiction details filled in.

By creating an account, checking the consent box at sign-up, or otherwise using EuroScout Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform. When we make material changes, we'll ask account holders to reconfirm the current version before continuing to use features that collect additional personal data.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Users are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use of the platform, and keeping login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
EuroScout Pro helps players, clubs and coaches connect. The platform is a discovery and communication tool only — it does not guarantee offers, contracts, roster places, visas, trials or employment outcomes of any kind.
Profiles, film links, messages and club content must be truthful, lawful and respectful. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the profile content, film clips, photos and messages you submit. By submitting content, you grant EuroScout a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform (for example, showing your public profile to other users). You can remove most content at any time through your account settings; removal takes effect going forward but may not immediately purge cached or backup copies.
Keep recruitment conversations professional. Video call rooms (powered by Daily.co) are intended for platform-related recruitment and negotiation discussions between authorised participants only, and may be subject to reasonable usage limits.
Premium features may include enhanced analytics, messaging allowances, visibility tools or club controls. Billing is processed by Stripe on a recurring subscription basis until cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
The EuroScout Pro name, logo, design and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you, beyond the limited licence to use the platform as intended.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recruitment outcome will result from your use of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroScout Pro and its officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or recruiting opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold EuroScout Pro harmless from any claim, loss or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
EuroScout Pro may moderate profiles, investigate reports, restrict accounts, revoke club claims, or remove content to protect users and platform integrity, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm.
You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected in a new terms version (this version: 2026-08-08) and, where you hold an account, you will be asked to reconfirm the current version the next time it materially changes.
